Billboard Latin Music Week — Visual Motion Design & Screens Producing

The Brief

Billboard Latin Music Week is one of the most influential gatherings in Latin music culture. It is a five-day experience in Miami that blends industry panels; artist showcases, and high-profile performances. Red Rock Entertainment hired me to lead screen-based visual content for the event, which featured artists like Shakira and Peso Pluma.

The Challenge

With dozens of stage setups, artist showcases, and panel events across multiple venues, we had to deliver dynamic visuals that could flex across different formats—from LED walls to projection surfaces—all while keeping the look unified and elevated throughout the week.

The Solution

As Screens Art Director and Producer, I led the development and execution of motion content and mapped visuals across LED and projection surfaces. Working closely with Red Rock Entertainment and Billboard’s production team, I directed a team of animators and designers to craft high-impact visual assets for:

  • Artist showcases

  • Stage transitions

  • Panel intros

  • Branded environments

Using a combination of motion graphics and screen-producing techniques, I ensured seamless integration between visuals and show flow across three days of panels and nine live showcases, balancing speed, technical complexity, and cultural energy.

The Impact

Our visual content helped elevate Billboard Latin Music Week’s presence — energizing performances and presentations with bold, branded motion. From intimate panels to high-energy sets, the visuals helped tie the experience together, reflecting Latin music’s rhythm, color, and influence on a global stage.
