EDC — Rear Projection Vignettes with Unreal Engine

Overview:
For its flagship Las Vegas festival, Electric Daisy Carnival needed immersive, projection-based media environments to elevate a custom installation. The goal: deliver a series of high-impact visual vignettes that matched EDC’s massive scale, energy, and atmosphere — fast.

What I Did:

  • Collaborated with 11th Dimensions to concept and deliver rear-projection video content

  • Designed stylized 3D environments entirely in Unreal Engine 5

  • Utilized Unreal Marketplace and Quixel Bridge assets for fast, polished worldbuilding

  • Handled look development, real-time rendering, and final delivery on a tight timeline

Results:
The digital vignettes became a seamless extension of EDC’s immersive world — captivating festival-goers with rich light, space, and motion.
